Boundary Walls Dublin

Boundary work that starts with the existing site.

Garden and boundary walls often meet driveways, footpaths, gates, fencing and changing ground levels. That makes the surrounding groundwork part of the job, not an afterthought.

Heiyu Build carries out suitable wall and boundary work for homeowners and other projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

Whether the project involves a new boundary, replacement of an old wall or repairs to a damaged section, we can assess the existing ground and the work required around it.

Wall & boundary work

New boundaries, repairs and the groundwork around them.

01

Garden walls

New garden and external walls for suitable residential projects, including the ground preparation required for the agreed work.

02

Boundary walls

Construction and replacement of suitable masonry boundaries around homes, gardens, entrances and external areas.

03

Wall repairs

Repairs to suitable damaged sections of garden and boundary walls where localised rebuilding or masonry work is required.

04

Blockwork

Blockwork for suitable external walls and boundary projects as part of the agreed construction work.

05

Piers & entrances

Construction and repair of suitable masonry piers associated with entrances, gates and boundary layouts.

06

Ground preparation

Excavation and preparation of the wall line before new boundary construction where groundwork is required.

Before work starts

Every boundary meets a different site.

Existing walls, levels, access and neighbouring surfaces can all affect the scope of the work.

01

Existing boundary

An old wall may need partial or full removal before the new boundary can be constructed.

02

Ground & levels

Changes in ground level along a garden or entrance can affect how the new wall and surrounding surfaces are approached.

03

Access

Restricted access can affect excavation, material handling and how the work is carried out around an existing property.

04

Connected work

Driveways, gates, paving and fencing may meet the same boundary, so planning the work together can avoid unnecessary disruption.

Around the boundary

Coordinate the wall with the surrounding work.

A new wall at the front of a property may meet an entrance, driveway, footpath or gate. A garden boundary may connect with fencing or newly prepared ground.

Where required, wall work can be coordinated with driveway and access work, footpaths and paving or general groundworks and excavation.

Where a lighter boundary is more suitable, see our fencing and boundary work.

How we work

From the existing boundary to the finished work.

STEP 01

Inspect the boundary

We look at the existing wall or proposed wall line, access, levels and the scope of the required work.

STEP 02

Remove & prepare

Existing material is removed where agreed and the ground is prepared for the new boundary work.

STEP 03

Build

The agreed wall, blockwork or piers are constructed for the intended boundary or external area.

STEP 04

Finish the area

Associated groundwork is completed and the surrounding area is prepared for any following paving, fencing or access work.
