Every site is different.
Restricted side access, existing walls, neighbouring properties, underground services and the amount of excavated material can all affect how a groundwork project is approached.
Levels and drainage also matter. A driveway, concrete base, foundation or paved area may require a different excavation depth and build-up, so preparation should be based on the intended finished work.
Where required, associated work can include drainage, foundation preparation, concrete work, underground pipework and ducting.
