Fencing Dublin

A boundary has to work with the ground it follows.

Replacing a fence is not always as simple as swapping one panel for another. Failed posts, old concrete, uneven ground and changes in level can all affect the new boundary.

Heiyu Build carries out fencing and associated boundary groundwork for homeowners and suitable projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

Where preparation is required, we can deal with the ground as part of the job rather than leaving the fencing installer to work around an unsuitable boundary line.

Fencing & boundary work

From the ground beneath the posts to the finished boundary.

01

New fencing

Installation of suitable new fencing for gardens, boundaries and external areas.

02

Fence replacement

Removal of damaged or failing fencing and preparation of the boundary for replacement.

03

Fence posts

Excavation and preparation for fence posts, including replacement of failed posts where appropriate.

04

Boundary preparation

Clearing and preparing the fence line where existing ground, vegetation or old materials obstruct the proposed boundary.

05

Groundwork & levels

Ground preparation where changes in level or uneven terrain affect the installation of the new boundary.

06

Associated external work

Fencing can be coordinated with paving, access, drainage and other groundwork taking place around the property.

Boundary changes

Why fencing work often starts below ground.

Storm or age damage

Posts and panels can weaken over time or fail after exposed weather, leaving sections unstable or leaning.

Changing a garden

Landscaping, extensions, garden rooms and new access areas can require an existing boundary to be altered or rebuilt.

Uneven ground

Changes in level along a boundary can affect post positions, panel heights and the preparation required before installation.

Replacing an old boundary

Old posts, concrete and damaged materials may need to be removed before a clean fence line can be established.

Around the boundary

Fencing can be part of a wider external project.

New boundaries are often installed while other work is taking place around a garden, driveway or access area.

Where required, fencing can be coordinated with ground preparation, driveway and access work or paving and footpaths.

If the required boundary is masonry rather than fencing, our walls and boundary work service may be more appropriate.

How we work

From an old boundary to a finished fence line.

STEP 01

Inspect the boundary

We look at the existing fence line, ground conditions, access and what needs to be retained or removed.

STEP 02

Prepare the line

Old materials and obstructions are dealt with as agreed and the boundary is prepared for the new work.

STEP 03

Set & install

Post positions and levels are established and the agreed fencing is installed.

STEP 04

Finish the area

The surrounding ground is tidied and associated boundary groundwork is completed.
